DanIsa’s Group, LLC – is a design/build firm in Fanwood, NJ, offering extensive experience in innovative design and quality craftsmanship. We apply our experience in coordinating, organizing the exchange of ideas and handling complete control of projects which enable us to maintain a construction schedule and decrease overall costs. We focus on design and construction services for both residential & commercial projects.

The process of design/build is to come up with the best design and solutions that work for you. We take great pride in the attention to detail and being able to understand and differentiate your needs from your wants. It will allow us to place a project on a fast-track and expedite it through the preconstruction phases and then we shall provide signed and sealed documents as required to assist the client with the filing of documents for the approval of all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the project.

We have effectively defined, developed and implemented targeted action plans to maximize productivity and efficiency. We have also developed a reputation for integrity, quality construction and on-time performance while adhering to budgets.
Jim Hurtado, CEO/Founder, began his professional career at George Kleinknecht Inc. in 1987. Jim completed a Master of Science in Facilities Management from Pratt Institute in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from N.Y.I.T. in 1989. Jim has held the titles of Director of R.E. and General Services and Project Manager. Jim is a senior administrative officer with a comprehensive background in managing multi-million dollar fast-track construction projects for Fortune 500 companies and other high net worth clients. He possesses a high degree of technical expertise in design/build contracting, building design, development, project management and construction services. He has also developed a reputation for integrity, quality construction, on-time performance and adhering to budgets. Of late, Jim masterminds residential renovation projects, from additions to complete tear down and new homes.
